Leitz Leica Dimaron 100mm F2.8 M42 Modified Vintage Projector Projection Lens

This is a lens which i have modified from an old slide projector lens &####129299. - Approx 57cm - over infinity. - 8.5/10 (some minor surface marks amd dust, nothing which affects images). The first thing i noticed when looking back at the images produced by the Dimaron, is there is very obscure foreground bokeh if focusing at a further distance! Its really bizarre but cool.

The lens has the typical richness in the way of color rendition for a Leitz lens, with some very creamy bokeh - almost has a brushstroke type of bokeh. Distortion levels seem to be handled excellently too. There is a glow on subjects near the focal point, almost like a halo effect. It has a personality, it wants to be shown off and used artistically in most cases imho.
