Leica Leitz Tele Converter Prototype, completely functional, Beautiful Cond

This prototype was produced, I believe, in the mid-to-late 1970's by Ernst Leitz GmbH in Wetzlar Germany. As you can see this prototype is a very early version and was made using existing extension tubes with the optics cemented inside.
