The glass is in fantastic condition. There are no scratches on the front elements as is with many Summarits from that era. This one had a coating and it is still there. There is no separation, no fungus, no dust. A little bit of haze can be seen when flashlight is shined through but it should not effect the image quality.

One can try to get it cleaned of course. I didn't bother because the photos i took with it were sharp and contrasty so no point.

The focus is smooth, apertures are snappy, no oil on blades. Fantastic condition for this lens. Comes with both front and rear original caps.
