Leica 35mm f2 Summicron-R Wide Angle Lens Leitz Canada Estate Item Needs CLA

This is a Leica 35mm f2 Summicron R Wide Angle Lens. Early Leitz Made in Canada Version. Cosmetics-Edge wear with some paint loss. Most heavily on the adjustment rings with dirt residue. Missing the red alignment dot. The front mount ring has a slight wiggle looseness in it and blotchy spots in the paint. Operationally the focusing moves through its range ok but is firm from old dry lubrication.

The aperture adjusts and the blades are clean otherwise. The optics have some dust, heavier haze, and some beginning fungus spots. The front element has a few small nicks. This sat in storage for many years. Would need a CLA and service to be back to original specs.
