Elcan f5.6 63mm Leitz Leica Lens Made in Canada Rare

Here is a very rare Leitz Elcan f5.6 63mm lens. I have never seen a lens like this one before. This is what they said about it Leitz Canada (Elcan) 63mm f5.6 Nr.

A very rare cine lens, possibly made in the 1970s for Bell & Howell or other for another non-Leitz cine application. It is a very interesting lens which I'm sure takes excellent pictures if one could adapt it to there camera. The glass is clean and clear showing minor wear. The rear thread is approx 1 3/4 inches.
